Smartwatch Cleaning
Clean your Smartwatch periodically
Daily clean the back surface of smart watch with cloth as it is in touch with your skin
Clean the strap periodically. In case of metal strap, avoid rusting.
If the strap material is silicone then put a small amount of dishwasher soap in the bowl containing water & dip the strap in the bowel & rubb it with finders or cloth.
In case of leather strap use “Leather Cleaner” & clean cloth
In the case of metal strap, use gentle soap with a toothbrush. The metal strap should not be exposed to harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Use ear buds / toothbrush (dipped in water or alcohol) to clean the small areas where you can not reach with fingers
Use damp microfiber cloth to clean the screen after switching off the smartwatch
Clean the charging spots with buds dipped in alcohol
Use of Tempered Glass
The screen is exposed to external surfaces while in use which may lead to scratch or dents. It hampers aesthetic look so it is recommended to use tempered glass.
Charging of Smartwatch
Generally, we do not pay attention to charging. We just leave the smartwatch overnight for charging. This will lead to overcharge which will affect battery life negatively. If possible, let the battery go below 10% at least once a week & then charge.If you do not want to use the smartwatch for more than 2 days then switch it off.
Strap Changeover
Some smartwatches come with multiple straps or we buy the straps to match our personality, dress code etc. The frequent changeover of straps will weak the hinges. This will reduce the life so do strap changeover occasionally.
Water Exposure
Though your smartwatch is waterproof, after the smartwatch is exposed to water (rain, shower, swimming), clean the surface with cloth to avoid moisture ingress.

Ensure that your smartwatch is away from any heat source. The magnetic source may affect the performance, so keep it away from any magnetic source.
